history
Organized
in 1996 by Cliff Kline, Kline Builders has quickly become
recognized as one of the area's premier builders, enjoying a reputation
for delivering a quality home, on time, and at a fair price. Cliff
Kline, President of Kline Builders, is very active with the Home Builders Association
of Berks County. He served as past President of the association,
where he has been a member of the board of directors for five
years. Cliff is a member of HBA's Legislative Committee,
a trustee for PACAH, a Foundation Club member, a BCCAH all star,
Chairman of the Image Development task force, and has served on the Parade of Homes committee. On
the state and national level, Cliff serves as a board member for
both PBA (Pennsylvania Builders Association) and NAHB (National
Association of Home Builders) where he is also a Gold Key member.
Cliff has over 25 years of experience in new home construction.
Supported by a staff
of professionals that includes Sales and
Marketing Manager John Ruggles, who
has over 35 years experience in the construction industry, Kline Builders is positioned
to offer the finest support services in the region and new homes
of unsurpassed quality and value. John Ruggles holds a Bachelor of Science degree in business from the University of Virginia
Kline Builders, with
office and showroom in Leesport, offers new home construction
in Berks and surrounding counties. Primarily a "scattered
site" builder, Kline is presently considering plans for limited
residential development involvement.
